Do we have models with egg turners?
Yes, we offer egg turners.
Our 360 Automatic Egg Turner is designed to handle up to 70 chicken eggs, 59 duck eggs, 34 goose eggs, 98 bird eggs, and 108 quail eggs. It ensures that eggs are turned regularly and evenly for ideal incubation conditions.
How to add humidity?
The Homesteader comes with a shelf at the top of the unit for placing a shallow pan of water. Placing it on the opposite side of the temp controller works well. when choosing a water pan please keep in mind that the air needs to flow unobstructed for a constant temperature throughout the cabinet. One example would be a pie pan with or without a sponge.
How to reduce humidity?
Check that your water pan is not blocking the air flow. If you still find there is too much humidity the exhaust port can be opened, then give the unit a few minutes to acclimate to the adjustment and check humidity again. If the humidity is still too high continue to increase the exhaust port opening. If humidity is too low try closing the exhaust port
